Our privacy commitment
MD to HTML is designed to work locally in your browser. It does not open markdowntohtml.com, create an account, or send Source to a server.
Information the extension accesses

Source text. Markdown you type or paste stays in
the popup. It is saved with
storageso it is still there the next time you open the popup. That copy remains on your device. - Clipboard. Paste reads clipboard text only after you click Paste, to fill Source. Copy writes the HTML fragment only after you click Copy HTML or Copy for MSFT.
Information we do not collect
- Browsing history or website content
- Personally identifiable, financial, health, or location data
- Authentication information or personal communications
- Analytics, advertising identifiers, or user activity data
How data is handled
- Conversion is local. Source is not uploaded.
- The extension does not make network requests for Conversion.
- Clipboard access happens only after you click Paste, Copy HTML, or Copy for MSFT.
- There is no account and no advertising.

If the extension's data practices change, this page will be updated before those changes take effect. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
